Struggling to get approved by Mediavine

I have been trying to get into Mediavine for months now but keep getting rejected despite having high traffic numbers. Does anyone have advice on what specific metrics they look for in Tier 1 traffic? My site is mostly tech tutorials so I thought that would be fine.
