Monetag vs PropellerAds for tier 3 mobile traffic

Switched half my Mexico and Colombia traffic to Monetag pops last week to test against PropellerAds. Propeller had better fill but Monetag CPM was almost fifty cents higher on android devices. Anyone else seeing better revenue with Monetag lately?
