Which network has best popunder rates for Asia

I am currently using PropellerAds but the rates for my Japanese traffic have been sliding down for weeks. Thinking about switching to ClickAdu or Adsterra to see if I can get a better CPM. Does anyone have experience with these for Asian tier one traffic?
