Suddenly getting invalid traffic warnings on AdSense

My site has been running fine for months but today I woke up to a scary invalid traffic warning in my dashboard. I checked my traffic sources and nothing looks weird from my end. Has anyone dealt with this lately and how long before they actually disable my account?
