Monetag direct link vs Adsterra for SEA traffic

Switched my download site from Adsterra popunders to Monetag direct links last week. CPM jumped from 45 cents to over a dollar for Vietnam and Indo visitors. Did anyone else notice better rates with their smartlink recently?
