How to fix invalid traffic warnings from adsense

i keep getting warnings about invalid traffic and im worried they are going to ban my account. i only use organic traffic from search engines so i am not sure what is triggering their system. does anyone know if adding a site kit plugin helps or if i should just contact their support team directly?
