Struggling with low fill rates on Ezoic lately

My site traffic is coming mostly from mobile users in Southeast Asia but my fill rate dropped below 40 percent this week. Is anyone else seeing a sudden dip with Ezoic or should I look into adding a header bidding partner like Setupad to fill the gaps?
