Monetag popunder fill rate dropped hard since Monday

Is anyone else seeing zero fill on central European traffic this week? My CPM was steady at two dollars on monetag and suddenly it went down to forty cents without any change in my analytics. Thinking about testing Adsterra again if support keeps giving me automated replies.
