Getting approved for Mediavine with European traffic

I have been struggling to get into premium networks because most of my readers are based in Scandinavia. Does anyone know if Mediavine or Raptive accept sites that are not primarily US based? I am hitting 60k sessions but I am worried the geo mix will hold me back.
