Is Mediavine worth it for local traffic

I have about 60k sessions monthly mostly from Brazil and wondering if I should apply for Mediavine or stick to Ezoic. My current RPM is really low and I need something that pays better for Portuguese content. Has anyone seen success with premium networks for non English sites?
