Is Mediavine worth it for European traffic

I am currently hitting the traffic requirements for Mediavine but most of my readers are based in Scandinavia. Does their CPM hold up for non US traffic or should I look at something like Ezoic or Snigel instead? Any advice from publishers with similar geo splits would be great.
