Sudden drop in CPM for Indian traffic

My site traffic is steady but my AdSense CPM for Indian visitors has crashed by 40 percent this week. Is anyone else seeing this or is it just a seasonal dip? I am considering trying PropellerAds to see if it performs better for this region.
