Monetag popunder rates tanked completely this week

my cpm dropped from over a dollar to like twelve cents out of nowhere since monday. traffic is still mostly tier three social from facebook groups so nothing changed on my end. is anyone else seeing this right now or did an advertiser just pull budget?
