PropellerAds CPM drop for my LATAM traffic

Has anyone else noticed their CPM tanking on PropellerAds in the last week? My stats for Argentina and Brazil dropped by almost 40 percent while traffic stayed the same. Thinking about switching to Adsterra to see if it improves.
